A quantitative analysis of this system from BVR CCD photometry and long slit spectroscopy is presented. The results indicate that they constitute a physically interacting system. The presence of a dust structure along the line joining the nuclei and the members show isophotal distortion is detected, indicating a nonelliptical component, which is also seen in the surface brightness profiles.
