We present Neon abundance measurements for 26 bright HII regions in M33. R ~ 1200 spectra were taken with the Infrared Space Observatory Short Wavelength Spectrometer to obtain line profiles of the NeII 12.8135 micron and NeIII 15.5551 micron emission lines for each region. The data were analyzed in combination with phtometry of a VLA 5 GHz map of M33 to yield model-independent Neon abundances. We gratefully acknowledge the support of funding from NASA and the Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory.
