After an analysis of the galaxies in the NICMOS HDF for star formation activity we have found several objects with some remarkable properties. We will discuss these objects and the implication of their existence in the HDF. Objects include ULIRGS, LIRGS, starburst and other types of galaxies. We will comment on the relative abundance of these objects relative to their local densities to determine the evolutionary history of high luminosity objects. This research was funded in part by NASA grant NAG 5-3042.
