A kinetic equation describing the evolution of photon gas is formulated. Annihilations and creations of electron-positron pairs and possible degeneration of gases are taken into account. The equation is written in a form of radiative transfer equation, absorption and emission coefficients are expressed in term of cross-sections of the processes. The coefficients are averaged in directions when particle distributions are isotropic. The cases when radiation field is isotropic or has a component proportional to cosine of angle with some direction are considered. Emitted spectrum, mean frequency and dispersion of photon frequencies are calculated.
