Blink comparison can be performed for discovery of comets and other transient objects using the simplest off-the shelf-equipment. In this manner search and resultant discoveries can be optimized allowing the widest participation once the elegant and old method of comparison blinking is explained and popularized. Three methods are proposed: STEBLICOM (STEreo BLInk COMparison), PROBLICOM (PROjection BLInk COMparison) and VIBLICOM (VIdeo BLink COMparison).
