We present the deepest X-ray images of the line and continuum emissions for the supernova remnant Cas-A obtained to-date. Over 714 kilosecs of X-ray data have been collected for the purpose of spectral calibration of the Solid State Imaging Spectrometers (SIS) on-board the Advanced Satellite for Cosmology and Astrophysics (ASCA). By co-adding data from the 47 observations which comprise these observations we are able to map the X-ray emission in the Si, S, Ar, Ca, and Fe Kα lines, as well as the continuum, with unprecedented statistics. We present the first images of the Fe Kα line with sufficient photons to address the question of the spatial segregation of the higher atomic number elements. Furthermore, we consider the evidence for a non-thermal mechanism for the continuum emission.
