The authors report new microwave-background measurements of three fields near the quasar pair 1146+111 B, C, with an rms noise level of 0.1 mK. The results are consistent with an isotropic background near 1146+111. The new limits on anisotropy provide significant constraints on the properties of gravitational lenses proposed to account for the spectral similarity of the quasars.
