Photometric data for the radio-quiet quasar PHL 938 have been obtained over a period of more than 20 years. The data and light curve are presented. The results show that the brightness of this radio-quiet and absorption-line quasar has a long-term trend of variation of small amplitude with short-term deviations. The size of the emitting region of PHL 938 is 0.32 pc.
