We report the Tully-Fisher (TF) calibration effort of the Hubble Space Telescope Key Project on the Extragalactic Distance Scale. The BVRIH_{-0.5} TF relations are based on Cepheid distances to 19 galaxies and 30 clusters within 15,000 km s(-1) . These relations were then applied to distant cluster data in order to derive a value for the Hubble constant, H_0. We have also investigated how various systematic uncertainties affect the value of H_0 such as the internal extinction correction method used, Tully-Fisher slopes and shapes, a possible metallicity dependence of the Cepheid variable period-luminosity relation and cluster population incompleteness bias.
