We have described the bursts observed with the Rossi X-ray Timing Explorer from GRO J1744-28 in 1996 and 1997 in terms of a number of parameters which apply to the intensity of the bursts as well as the lasting effect of the bursts on the emission from the underlying pulsar. We present the complete catalog of these bursts and the relationships between the parameters we have used. These relationships may explain the effect of the bursts on the pulsar in this unique source which exhibits both of these phenomena.
