We report the ongoing NIR flare of the flat spectrum radio source PMN J1913-3630, identified with a flaring FERMI LAT source reported in (ATel #2966). The source was not detected by the 2mass NIR survey. Yet, on October 28th,2010 (JD 2455497.575928), we detected a NIR source coincident with the radio position. We determined the flux from this object to correspond to H = 13.962 +/- 0.06, that is at least 2.5 mag brighter than the limiting flux of the 2mass survey in the H-band for this field.
