The Swift/BAT hard X-ray transient monitor reports renewed hard X-ray activity in the 15-50 keV band from the Be/X-ray pulsar binary system SAX 2103.5+454. This confirms the X-ray activity predicted for this source by Kiziloglu et al. (ATel #2925). Starting on 2010-Oct-10 (MJD 55479), the source has increased in intensity from an undetectable level (one- sigma upper limit of 0.0007 cts/cm^2/sec or 3 mcrab) up to a level of 0.0073 ± 0.0010 cts/cm^2/sec (30 mcrab) on 2010-Oct-12.
