Our monitoring of the blazar PKS 1510-089 shows, after a long period of silence, a sharp increase of the blazar's brightness during the last nights, from R~16.4 on 2011 February 20 to R~15.2 on 2011 February 24. The measurements are obtained at the 40~cm telescope of St. Petersburg State University and 2~m Liverpool telescope operated by Liverpool John Moores University. We strongly encourage multi-frequency observations of PKS 1510-089.
