Using a complete sample of ˜4500 large ( r1/2> 5 kpc ) COSMOS disk galaxies (Sargent et al. 2007; Scarlata et al. 2007) in the redshift range 0.2 < z < 1 we show that the stellar populations of large early and late type disk galaxies mature at the same rate and are almost unaffected by the density field. However, bulged disks are always more mature than late type disk galaxies independent of environment.
