We present results obtained regarding the evolution of the stellar-mass (smTFR) and the baryonic (bTFR) Tully-Fisher Relations between z ˜ 0.6 and z = 0, using the multi-integral field spectrograph GIRAFFE at VLT. While the smTFR is found to be evolving in zero point by a factor two in mass over this redshift range, the bTFR does not appear to evolve significantly. The scatter of these relations is shown to be due to a transfer of energy between large-scale rotation and small-scale random motions occuring during major merger events.
