A discussion of the burst event on July 30, 1988 which is based on observations of the RATAN-600 telescope at six fixed frequencies in the range between 2.3 and 1.6 cm wavelength is presented. Although time profiles of patrol observations of the burst are very simple, the spectral spatial structure of the sources region is very complicated and has many components.
