The OSSE instrument on board the Compton Gamma Ray Observatory observed the Vela Pulsar (PSR0833-45) during the intervals 22 August - 5 September 1991, 23 April - 28 April 1992 and 7 May - 14 May 1992. The pulsar was detected during these periods with an overall significance of approximately 4sigma in the 66-570 keV band. The observed light curve agrees qualitatively with that reported at higher energies (either EGRET or COS-B), both in general shape and absolute phase of the two peaks. OSSE also observed the gamma-ray pulsar Geminga during the interval 16 July - 6 August 1992. Marginal evidence for a detection at the ~ 3sigma level is found in the light curve when the data in the 75-175 keV band are folded with the ephemeris reported by the EGRET team (IAUC 5583). However, the absolute phase of the observed feature does not agree with that reported by EGRET. For both observations, light curves and spectra will be presented and compared to results at other energies. The implications of these results will be discussed.
