Nova Sco 1992 was discovered on 22.5 May at V~8.2 (IAUC 5527) and reached visual maximum near 26.4 May at V~ 7.3. Optical spectra early on revealed NSco to be a member of the Fe-class of novae (IAUC 5529) and mpv estimates reported later indicated a slow rise of several weeks to maximum. Subsequently, the optical light curve has been quite erratic, with V ranging between 7.6-9.5, perhaps largely due to circumstellar extinction provided by clumpy ejecta. We have followed the photometric and spectral temporal evolution of NSco from June-November, the results of which will be presented. We find that dust began to form in the ejecta between 17 July to 10 Aug and continued well into Sept. Emission lines of NI, OI, FeII, and HI have been identified in our IR spectra and inverse P-Cyg absorptions are observed in the HI lines through July, and onward in the J-band. Details pertaining to dust formation, properties of the ejecta, and the spectral evolution will be presented and discussed.
