We present new Rotation Measures (RM) for 27 pulsars, most of which were discovered in a search by Clifton & Lyne (Nature, 320, 43, 1988). These pulsars have generally high Dispersion Measures and are located in the first quadrant of the Galaxy. The new RMs, considered together with existing RMs in the same directions, provide further evidence that the large-scale Galactic magnetic field along the Saggitarius arm is opposite in direction from the local field. These RMs also provide some evidence for a second reversal of the magnetic field direction in the inner Galaxy. The primary evidence for this reversal is a rough segregation of positive and negative RMs by distance and longitude in the region 0(deg) < l < 40(deg) , 3\ kpc < D < 7 \ kpc. RMs certainly do not increase with distance in the inner Galaxy as would be expected if no such reversal existed. Randomness in the distribution of RMs, and possibly a more complicated large-scale field structure in the inner Galaxy, preclude any firm conclusions being drawn, however. The RMs will be presented in a variety of projections, in conjunction with RMs of extragalactic sources, to aid in understanding of the magnetic field structure.
