With the aim of determining the structure of high-mass star-forming regions or hot cores, we performed observations using the APEX telescope, the SMA and the VLA. Here, we present the observations of highly excited HCN in G10.47+0.03, including vibrational excitation. The APEX data show infall motion and the presence of large quantities of hot molecular gas. With the SMA, we performed high-resolution observations at 345 and 690 GHz, revealing an outflow and self-absorbed vibrationally excited H13CN. Finally, we obtained a high-resolution image of vibrationally excited HCN with the VLA, showing its distribution around a hypercompact H II region.
