We have obtained abundances for the elements C, N, O, Na, Mg, Al, Si, K, and Ti in six stars in omega Cen from high-resolution echelle CCD spectra in the blue and near infrared. Our sample spans a wide range in metallicity, -2.2<=lbrack {Fe/H}rbrack <=-1.3. In these stars lbrack alpha /Ferbrack shows a narrow dispersion about +0.5, very near the field halo stars; lbrackC +N+O/Ferbrack also seems to be constant. By contrast, the odd-Z metals Na and Al show excesses in lbrackNa ,Al/Ferbrack similar to other globular clusters.
