This paper is the completion of the 24-hour deep survey at the declination of the radio source SS 433 +/- about 20 arcmin. The list of 305 radio sources within the R.A. interval 22h-4h in the above declination band is given. To compile this catalog, additional observations at the 7.6 cm wavelength were required. The completeness of the list and the flux limit were evaluated. The estimated position errors are also given. The comparison of the positions of the sources from our list and the UTRAO catalog was made. For the sources contained in other catalogs the spectra were constructed.
