The stability of the cosmological horizon of black holes in de Sitter space is investigated. The cosmological horizon is stable against the perturbations of infalling null radiation and/or outgoing null radiation. In particular, we show that the mass inflation phenomenon does not take place at the cosmological horizon. The result can be applied to de Sitter space of the inflationary model of the early universe.
