As a part of Great Observatory All-sky LIRG Survey (GOALS), we have undertaken HST/ACS imaging observations in F435W (B) and F814W (I) bands for the 88 luminous infrared galaxies (LIRGs) in GOALS sample. Two-dimensional surface brightness profile fitting was performed for these galaxies and various structural parameters were measured. These results were combined with those of other GOALS data sets in order to study LIRGs evolution incurred by merging process. The analysis was performed according to 5 early to late merger stages. We find that the majority of the host are exponential disk galaxies at the early stage of tidal interaction, but elliptical host galaxy fraction grsdually increases as the merging process advances. For the LIRGs having elliptical host, black hole mass was estimated from bulge magnitude and fundamental plane relation and Eddington ratio were studied.
