Results of three-year photoelectric UBV observations of the nucleus of the Local Group galaxy M33 are presented. Optical variability with amplitude up to ΔU ≡ 1m is found. Characteristics of the optical variability of the nucleus of M33 resemble those of the well-known Seyfert galaxy NGC 4051. According to the published data and these measurements the total amplitude of the variability of the nucleus of M33 during ≡20 years may by about ΔV ≡ 1m.
