The linear response of the electronographic process provides a simple method for producing relative intensity ratios of emission lines across a complete object. Using narrow-band interference filters to isolate the temperature-sensitive lines of O(++), variations in electron temperature have been mapped across the planetary nebulae NGC 3242, 6543, 6826, 7662 and IC 3568.
