Observations obtained in the years 1983 and 1984 at the Donati Solar
Tower in Arcetri show that at the disk center the asymmetry and width of
three Fe I photospheric lines show a long term variation. These results
are in agreement with previous full disk observations of secular trends
in asymmetry and equivalent width.
