High resolution and signal-to-noise observations of Hα in the Sun, α Cen A, and α Cen B are compared to models to derive temperatures: Teff(α Cen A) = 5770±20K and Teff(α Cen B) = 5350±50K. These are then used to calculate the radii of these stars: 1.23 and 0.80 R_sun; for α Cen A and B, respectively.
