Very high energy (VHE >100 GeV) gamma-rays are expected to be produced from the vicinity of super-massive black holes (SMBH). In the magnetosphere of the spinning black hole, acceleration of particles can take place through various processes. VHE emission from these particles is feasible via leptonic or hadronic processes. Quiescent systems, where the lack of a strong photon field allows the VHE emission to escape, are expected to be detected by Cherenkov telescopes. No emission has been detected from the test candidate NGC 1399 with ~20 hrs of H.E.S.S. observation. A stacking analysis, allowing a dramatic increment in livetime, is pursued. A sample of SMBH is analyzed through a stacking procedure and results are presented. Moreover implications for Ultra High Energy Cosmic Rays (UHECR) and Dark Matter (DM) are explored.
