In a first part we will report on the instrument performance evolution during 7 years in-orbit: energy resolution evolution, gain stability and thermal control will be discussed. In a second part we will review the latest scientific results brought by the instrument: The Galactic diffuse and source emission; Annihilation radiation emission; High energy emission of compact objects.
