The problem of cold plasma ejection from the magnetosphere of an axisymmetric rotator at small angular velocities is solved in the MHD approximation. Rotation is considered as a small perturbation of a magnetosphere. From the condition of poloidal field regularity on the Alfven surface of the magnetosphere, an accurate expression is obtained for the toroidal magnetic field generated during rotation. Analytical expressions for corrections to the poloidal magnetic field are obtained. The solution shows the poleward deflection of the flow due to the magnetic force of spiraling field lines.
