Peculiarities of latitudinal and longitudinal distributions of sunspot groups at the declining phase of solar cycles NN 18 - 21 are given. It is shown that the latitudinal distribution of the number of sunspot groups at the declining phase of the cycle is more stable than that at the maximum and minimum of solar activity, when it is subject to a secular variation.
