B,V CCD photometry is reported for 5724 stars in the globular cluster NGC 2808. The morphology of the color-magnitude diagram confirms the results presented by Harris (1974, 1975, and 1978). In particular, the peculiar wide gap detected on the horizontal branch is still present; however, it seems more a region of scarce population rather than a zone of avoidance.
