In § 7.4, related to the usefulness of our temperature measurement for measuring the baryon density from the Lyα forest, all of our numerical values for ωB and its error estimates should be smaller by a factor of 0.651/4=0.90, whereωB≡ΩBh2[(Ωmh20.3×0.652)1/2Γ-12]-1/2.(1)The numbers derived using the new temperature results should be ωB=(0.0302+/-0.0018,0.0259+/-0.0021,0.0223+/-0.0015) at z=(3.9,3.0,2.4), while the values using the original temperatures in the simulation should be (0.0295, 0.0246, 0.0220). The roughly 95% confidence lower limits on ωB should be ωB>(0.0220,0.0180,0.0186). The error propagates into the estimated limit on ΩBh2 given in equation (16) of the paper, which should beΩBh2>0.016(Ωmh20.3×0.652)1/4.(2)Nothing else in the paper is affected.
