The time service at the Observatorio Naval Buenos Aires (ONBA) maintains local UTC scale which is the basis of the legal Argentine time scale. It is one of the three laboratories in South America that participates in international time links, by GPS multi-channel common-views between the ONBA and the United States Naval Observatory (USNO). We describe the ONBA equipment and activities.
