Mira, Mira Stars
Scientific paper
We have begun intensive V- and R-band CCD monitoring of Mira variable
stars since early in 2003. This project was initiated in the hopes of
improving the statistics of putative flaring phenomena among these
stars. This paper will give an update of the project and describe the
strategies being employed.
