A gamma-ray burst has been observed with a pair of balloon-borne rotating cross-modulation collimators. In the course of about 150 hours of observations, the balloon-borne detector recorded a small gamma-ray burst; the celestial position of the burst was determined with a precision of about 0.3 deg. The most likely position for the burst is approximately 10 deg north-northwest of Cygnus X-1.
