A statistical analysis of the properties of Seyfert galaxies at radio wavelengths is presented. It is found that, in contrast to the bulk of the emissions (which occur in a steep nonthermal spectrum), at least 10% exhibit a flat spectrum from a compact core source. Histograms of spectral index for Type 1 and Type 2 Seyferts are contrasted, and reveal that the latter are generally more luminous at the 21 cm line. Such an observation could be considered evidence that transitions from Type 1 to Type 2 are either absent, or take place over a long period of time (from 10 to 100 thousand yr). Also discussed is the relation between radio, IR, and optical properties. Correlations between the radio and optical spectra are found at the 21 cm line and the O III 5007 A line, and between continuum luminosities at 21 cm and 10 micrometers. Radio-IR correlations are more difficult to detect, due to the small (less than 0.1 pc) dimensions of the IR source region
