The Westerbork synthesis telescope was used to investigate two continuum sources, 3C10 and 3C58, for 21-cm absorption across the sources and for 21-cm emission in surrounding areas. The scale ranged from one-half to a few arc minutes. A formal opacity, which is averaged across the 27 km/sec band and which also includes contributions due to emission, is defined; it is assumed that this opacity is a measure of the physical optical depth of H I and that structure indicated by the opacity parameter represents structure in H I. Maps of the distribution of the opacity factor at three velocities are presented, and H I features of 0.5-3 pc diameter are reported.
