We study the interaction of a fast tenuous stellar wind with a spherical distribution of high-density clouds embedded in a stationary intercloud medium with an approximately inverse square density fall-off. We calculate the acceleration of the clouds by the stellar wind as a function of distance and density. We find a stratification of velocity with density, which in the long run produces the Hubble-law type linear velocity gradients seen in some planetary nebulae.
