IGR J17394-4638, previously the subject of ATEL 1048 and ATEL 1049, is actually the well-known X-ray binary 4U 1735-44. During the observations in which the source was "discovered", a slewing problem occurred and the INTEGRAL spacecraft failed to reach the expected attitude. The coordinates in the data are therefore incorrect, and IGR J17394-4638 is not a new source but rather the well-known X-ray binary 4U 1735-44.
