In galactic bulge monitoring observations on 04 Apr 2007 17:30 UT, the RXTE PCA detected a source consistent with the position of XTE J1751-305. This source is a millisecond X-ray pulsar with a 435 Hz pulse period, which was last reported active in 2005 by INTEGRAL (Grebenev et al. 2005, ATEL #446). The measured flux was about 10 mCrab (2-10 keV). No pulsations were obvious in the brief (~50 second) scans over the source.
