In recent years, several X-ray transients have been discovered in the Galactic-center region. These sources exhibit variations in the emitted flux by several orders of magnitude. We provide upper limits on the 2 to 27-keV fluxes (as derived from the TTM/Mir-Kvant data) from the following sources in the off state: KS 1730-312, GRS 1758-258, GRS 1716-249, GRO J1735-27, GRO J1750-27, GRO J1744-28, GRS 1739-278, GRS 1716-299, GRS 1737-31, SAX J1750.8-2900, XTE J1755-324, SAX J1808.4-3658, XTE J1739-302, and XTE J1709-267. The fluxes from the above sources outside outbursts were almost always below the TTM sensitivity threshold. Some of them were detected in individual series of sessions at the sensitivity limit of the instrument.
