The criterion, which is mainly based on ultrasoft X-ray spectra together with flickering and transition between high and low states, is used to collect a newly classified class of X-ray binaries, i.e. ultrasoft X-ray sources, which are considered to be containing black holes as their primaries. The data, which include 12 sources of this kind, are analyzed to reveal their features.
