Studying the orbital dynamics of extrasolar planetary systems can provide insights into the processes of planet formation and orbital evolution, including orbital migration and eccentricity excitation. Unfortunately, accurately characterizing the long-term orbital dynamics of a multiple planet system requires many high precision radial velocity observations. Here we describe a program recently begun at the W.M. Keck Observatory to increase the rate of radial velocity observations and significantly improve the quality of the orbital constraints for several known extrasolar planetary systems. This program will also provide intensive observations of a small subset of planet host stars that have been carefully selected based on a particularly high sensitivity to additional planets. The results will be used to study the secular evolution of multiple planet systems and to characterize the frequency of resonant planetary systems.
