In recent years, the accuracy and stability of UTC(NTSC) and TA(NTSC) which are maintained by NTSC (National Time Service Center) have been improved steadily getting into the rank of the advanced world level. The combination of frequency standards of NTSC's time keeping system, the generation and maintenance of UTC(NTSC), and the development of the TA(NTSC) algorithm are presented briefly. The time keeping is being improved still further.
