The Central Compact Object in RCW103 has been varying in brightness over
the past five years of Chandra monitoring observations. It had an
outburst in early 2000 or late 1999 and has been decaying ever since.
Historical data indicate that it might be due for another outburst in
2005, so we would like to continue the monitoring program.
