Recent infrared observations have shown that there are a large number of high mass stars near the Galactic center. In particular, we now know three star clusters which are rich in luminous objects such as Wolf-Rayet stars and other emission-line stars, within ~30 pc in projection from the Galactic center: the Central parsec cluster, the ``Quintuplet'' cluster, and the ``Object #17'' or ``Arches'' cluster. The ``Quintuplet'' cluster contains luminous blue variables, Ofpe/WN9 type stars, OB supergiants, and at least one red supergiant. It resembles the Central parsec cluster in stellar content, mass, and age. However, the nature of the eponymous quintuplet stars remains uncertain. The ``Object #17'' cluster has a dozen of emission-line stars and 102 O-type star candidates, and seems to be younger than the other two clusters. These clusters might be the products of the turbulent environment near the Galactic center.
