We observed the DNC and HN13C lines toward more than 20 dark cloud cores and investigated a relationship between deuterium fractionation and chemical evolution of dark cloud cores. We found that the DNC/HN13C ratios in the observed cores range from 0.50 to 7.3. Especially, the DNC/HN13C ratios in "carbon-chain-producing regions" are systematically smaller by a factor of 2-10 than the other cores. We found a positive correlation between the DNC/HN13C ratio and the NH3/CCS ratio. Furthermore, we also made mapping observations of the DNC and HN13C lines toward TMC-1, and found that the DNC/HN13C ratio around the ammonia peak is larger than that of the cyanopolyyne peak. The correlation between the DNC/HN13C ratio and the NH3/CCS ratio can be explained by the difference in chemical evolutionary stages of the cores.
