The new 1.06-m KLENOT telescope equipped with a CCD camera is now in routine operation at the Klet' Observatory, with the primary goal to investigate the near-earth objects (NEOs) and other unusual objects. We describe this new telescope and the related systems and discuss the use of the telescope in GRB optical follow-up observations. The KLENOT Project website is http://klenot.klet.org.
